Freakin' hot
It's been too hot to do much lately, plus I just came off a hectic old long weekend.
But: tonight I went to judo. 35°C and I'm sweating for an hour in a canvas jacket, flinging and being flung. What fun.
Didn't record my heart rates, sorry.
